Physical
23 daysYour energy, strength and stamina. When it is high you feel ready for anything; when it drops, your body asks for rest.
From the day you were born, your body and mind follow cycles that rise and fall like waves. That explains why some days everything flows and others feel harder, for no apparent reason. These cycles are called biorhythms.
Your energy, strength and stamina. When it is high you feel ready for anything; when it drops, your body asks for rest.
Your mood and sensitivity. On high days everything looks kinder; on low days, things weigh a little more.
Your mental clarity, memory and focus. High days are good for deciding, studying or solving.
Your hunches and perception. When it rises, you trust what you feel even if you cannot explain it.
Your sensitivity to beauty and your creative streak. On high days you feel like creating and expressing yourself.
Your inner connection and sense of calm. It marks the moments of greater peace and reflection.
Each cycle rises to a high point, falls to a low one and starts again. The days when a cycle crosses from low to high (or the other way round) are called critical days: they are not bad, just days of change, and it is wise to take them calmly. What is interesting is seeing how the three main cycles (physical, emotional and intellectual) combine on the same day.
The idea of biorhythms was born in the late 19th century with the German physician Wilhelm Fliess and became popular in the 20th century. It is not an exact science: take them as an invitation to listen to yourself and respect your rhythms.
With your date of birth, your Sonia calculates today's biorhythms and shows you how your week looks, so you know when to push and when to rest.
