What it is, how it works and what makes it different.
A spiritual app to know yourself. It brings tarot, astrology, numerology, the I Ching, dream interpretation and lunar cycles together in one place, with Sonia as your guide. It was created by someone who practices these traditions, so anyone can approach them with respect and without fear.
A horoscope treats you as one of twelve signs. Here every reading is made with your specific question, your birth chart, your numbers and your moment. No two readings are the same because no two people are.
Because it only uses your sun sign, one of the many pieces of your birth chart. Your Moon, your rising sign and your planets can be in very different signs, and that changes the portrait a lot. Sonia reads all of them.
It is Sonia's tarot reading system, built from scratch for her. It shapes the spread around your question, reads each card upright or reversed and in relation to the others, and takes into account your birth chart and what you've already told her.
No. Sonia explains everything in plain words, without jargon. If you want to learn more, the Library is free and open to everyone.
That's not how we use them. The traditions describe tendencies, energies and moments, and they help you reflect and decide more consciously. You write your future.
Yes. Every reading stays in your account and only you can see it. We don't sell your data, and you can delete your history whenever you want.
Western, Vedic (Jyotish), Chinese (BaZi), Mayan (Tzolkin), Tibetan and Arabic. You can ask for a reading in just one or see how they intertwine.
Creating your account and using the Library is free. Readings are paid with Runes, the app currency: you buy a pack when you need it, it never expires and there are no mandatory subscriptions.
How do I create my account?
Tap “Create account”, at the top or in the menu. You can sign up with your email or your Google account, and it takes less than a minute.
Does creating an account cost anything?
No. Creating your account and using the Library is free. You only pay, with Runes, for the readings you want.
What information do I need to start?
For numerology, your name and birth date are enough. For your full birth chart, also your time and place of birth: the rising sign and the houses depend on them.
What if I don't know my time of birth?
You can still use Sonia. Without the time, your birth chart comes without the rising sign and houses, but with your planets and their signs. If you find it out one day, add it and your chart is completed.
How do I make my first reading?
Go to your space, choose the reading you want and write your question. Sonia answers right away, and the reading is saved in your history.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. Sonia Oracle is only for adults, with a minimum age of 18.
Which readings are there?
Twelve: My Day, Sonia's Oracle, tarot, birth chart in six traditions, numerology in five schools, I Ching, dream journal, cosmic cycles, Threshold Oracle, Nexus for compatibility, guided sessions and meditations.
Which one is right for me?
For a question about today, Sonia's Oracle. For a situation with many layers, tarot. To know yourself deeply, your birth chart and your numerology. For a relationship, Nexus. And to start your day, My Day.
Are the readings personalized?
Yes. Sonia takes into account your question, your birth data and what you've already told her in previous readings.
Can I do readings for other people?
Yes. You can add profiles for other people, like your partner or family, and even your pets, with their birth details. Nexus compares two profiles to see their compatibility.
Can I see my readings again?
Yes. They are all saved in your history, and only you can see them.
Can I download or share a reading?
Yes. You can save or print it as a PDF, and share it with a link. Only people with that link can see it.
Does a reading replace a professional?
No. Readings are for reflection and self-knowledge. If you're going through something medical, legal or financial, please see a professional; Sonia can walk with you through the rest.
What are Runes?
They are the currency of Sonia Oracle. Each reading costs some Runes depending on how deep it goes, and it doesn't matter whether you bought them or were given them: they are worth the same.
Do Runes expire?
No. Your Runes stay in your account until you use them.
How do I get Runes?
You buy a pack in the store in your space. Payments are processed by Stripe and we don't keep your card details.
Where can I see what each reading costs?
The Pricing page lists the packs and the cost in Runes of each reading.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. You pay only for the readings you want. If you prefer, there are optional subscription plans too.
Can I give Runes as a gift?
Yes, with a gift card. The person who receives it redeems it in their account and the Runes are added to theirs.
I had a problem with a payment
Write to soporte@soniaoracle.com with your account email and the date of the payment, and we'll look into it.
I forgot my password
On the login page, tap “Forgot your password?” and we will email you a link to create a new one.
I didn't get the verification email
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, you can ask us to send it again from the login page.
How do I change the language?
With the ES · EN selector in the bar or the menu. For now Sonia Oracle is in Spanish and English.
Can I change how the app looks?
Yes. In Settings you can choose a light or dark theme, and one of eight color palettes.
Can I use Sonia on my phone?
Yes. It works in your phone's browser, and from its menu you can add it to your home screen to open it like an app.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. From Settings you can ask for your account to be deleted, and your data is permanently removed.
Are my readings private?
Yes. Only you can see them from your account. We don't sell your data, nothing is public and you can delete your history whenever you want.
Who sees a reading I share?
Only the people who have the link. Nothing appears on a public profile or in search engines.
How do you look after my data?
The connection is always encrypted, access to your account is protected and payments are processed by Stripe. The details are in the privacy policy and on the security page.
Is Sonia a person?
No. Sonia is a guide who uses technology to read the traditions carefully, and we tell you so plainly. Behind her is the Sonia Oracle team, who do read what you write to support.
The app doesn't load properly
Try reloading the page, clearing your browser cache or opening it in a private window. If it still happens, write to soporte@soniaoracle.com.
I can't log in
Check that you are using the right email. If you signed up with Google, log in with the Google button. If you forgot your password, you can create a new one from the login page.
A reading stopped halfway
Reload the page and check your history. If Runes were deducted and you didn't get the reading, write to us with the approximate time and we'll look into it.
The page looks strange or broken
This usually happens with an old saved version. Fully reload the page and, if that does not fix it, try another browser and tell us what you see.
